Pork Budapest

6 slices boneless pork
  flour for dredging
4 tbsp vegetable oil
12 slices diced bacon
2 chopped onions
2 diced red peppers
2 diced green peppers
1/4 lb diced ham
1 tsp paprika
1 cup demi-glaze
1/2 cup heavy cream

Add bacon to pan and cook.  Add the onions, red and green peppers, and ham and saute for 3 minutes.  Sprinkle paprika over the vegetable mixture and mix well.  Return meat to pan.  Pour in demi-glaze and cream and cook for 2 minutes, stirring to combine all the ingredients.
