1 | med | potato, cut into strips |
1 | ea | onion, sliced |
1 | sm | carrot, cut in strips |
butter | ||
salt | ||
pepper |
Form the ground beef into patties and place each patty on a piece of aluminum foil about 15 inches wide. Cut the potato in 1/2 inch strips. Top each beef patty with onion slice, potato strip, and carrot strips. Place generous pat of butter on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold the foil over the beef mixture and seal. Grill over coals for about 1 hour or so.
