Overnight Breakfast Sausage Casserole

1 lb bulk regular/hot sausage
6   eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
6 slices white bread
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

 

Saute sausage until done, breaking sausage into small pieces as it cooks.  Drain and set aside.

Grease the bottom of a 9” x 13” baking dish.  Remove crust from bread and cut into cubes.  Arrange in the bottom of the baking dish.  Top with sausage and cheese.

In another bowl, beat eggs, add milk and dry mustard.  Pour egg mixture over all.  Refrigerate overnight.  The next day bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.  Cut into rectangles and serve.
