1 ea (8-lb) beef tenderloin
    salt
    pepper
1/2 lb butter
1/2 ea lemon, juice and grated peel
  dash hot sauce
3 cans mushrooms

 

Season tenderloin with salt and pepper.  Grill over a medium charcoal fire for one hour and forty-five minutes, turning occasionally.  Melt the butter in a saucepan.  Add the lemon juice, peel, hot sauce, and mushrooms and heat through.  Serve with tenderloin.
