Grilled Steaks With Artichokes

1 ea (7.5-oz) jar marinated artichokes coarsely chopped
1/2 cup red onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp refrigerated peppercorn ranch dressing
2 tsp garlic spice paste
1-1/2 lb grilling steaks (ribeye, strip, or tenderloin)
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper


Combine artichokes, onions, Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing, and garlic paste.  Season steaks with salt and pepper.  Place steaks on grill pan (or on grill); grill 2-3 minutes on each side or until 145 degrees Fahrenheit (for medium rare).  Top steaks with artichoke mixture; cover and grill 1-2 minutes or until topping is warm.  Remove steaks from heat and let stand 5-10 minutes; slice and serve.
